30-Day Return Window

You may return your Nanavia device within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. The device must be returned in its original packaging and in working condition.

How to Return
  1. Contact us at support@nanavia.com to initiate your return
  2. We'll provide a prepaid return shipping label
  3. Pack the device securely in its original packaging
  4. Drop off at your nearest shipping location
Refund Processing

Once we receive your returned device, refunds are typically processed within 5-7 business days. The refund will be credited to your original payment method.

Warranty

All Nanavia devices come with a 1-year limited warranty covering manufacturing defects. Contact support if you experience any hardware issues.
